Policies 

Minimum Stay: We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on holiday weekends. However, we will accept reservations for shorter periods if we have rooms available.

Deposit: A deposit is needed to secure all reservations. Deposits made by check must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Checks must be received within five business days of making your reservation. We request full payment for all one night stays and a 50% deposit for longer stays. We will e-mail a confirmation as soon as we receive your deposit.

Payment:  Payment for your balance is due upon check-in. We accept most major credit cards. Rates are double occupancy and include breakfast. Sales & hotel taxes of 11.625% are additional.

Cancellation:  Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. For this reason, we uphold a strict policy:  Once your reservation is confirmed we will refund your deposit less 10% of the total of your reservation if you cancel more than 14 days in advance.  If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation.  Cancellations within this 14 day period will be refunded (less the cancellation fee) ONLY if we are able to rebook the entire reservation in the same room for the same period of time. No-shows, late check-ins & early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.

Smoking: 434 on MAIN is a non-smoking facility. Guests smoking in the room will be charged an extra night’s fee while we return the room to a non-smoking status. 

For the consideration of other guests, please refrain from cell phone use at breakfast and in the house common areas.

Children: We regret that our accommodations are not suitable for children under 14. Only the Beach Suite can accommodate more than two people (pull out sofa bed). There is an additional charge of $50.00 for each child. 

Pets: We gladly welcome well behaved dogs! Pets are not allowed to remain in your guest-room while you are away from the Inn. You will be asked to sign a brief Pet Agreement upon check-in.

Check-in/out: Check in is 3 - 6PM. Check out time is 11AM. However, with advance notice we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Beach Parking Permits: Beach parking passes must be returned prior to check-out or a $500 fee will be charged.

Damages: We take pride in presenting all of our guests a tasteful, clean and well maintained atmosphere and ask that you take special care in ensuring that this is preserved. Guests will be asked to pay fair and reasonable costs incurred for damages caused by them.
